RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The House of Andrew Lloyd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
1. Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

- Certain items, such as personalized, custom-made, or clearance items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
3. Exchanges

4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
